A Forio, sull'isola d'Ischia, a metà strada tra il centro abitato e la vetta dell'Epomeo, sulla via che conduce alla famosa chiesetta di S. Maria al Monte, sorge l'Area Attrezzata "CORBARO Park: Andiamo in campagna", ideale per trascorrere momenti di puro relax, a diretto contatto con la natura.
Un'area di 15,000 mq., tra i 226,20 e i 292,80 metri sul livello del mare, proprio in località Corbaro, racchiude un giardino di fiori, piante di ogni genere e pietre secolari.
Un piccolo locale scavato nella pietra, adornato di numerose testimonianze della verace storia contadina dell'isola, mostra i chiari segni del lavoro e della cultura degli abitanti dei seicoli passati.

EIN KLEINES STÜCK VOM PARADIES

Auf der Insel Ischia in Forio, auf halbem Weg vom Zentrum bis zum Gipfel des Berges Epomeo, auf der Strasse, die zum berühmten Kirchlein S. Maria al Monte führt, findet man das Gelände des "CORBARO Parks" ("Andiamo in Campagna"). Es ist ideal, wenn man sich inmitten der Natur völlig entspannen möchte. Der Park erstreckt sich über ein Gelände von 15.000 qm, das zwischen 226,20 m und 292,80 m über dem Meeresspiegel liegt. Dazu gehören ein blühender Garten, Pflanzen aller Art und jahrhundertealtes Vulkangestein.
Ein kleiner in den Felsen gehauener Raum ist mit zahlreichen landwirtschaftlichen Gerätschaften aus früheren Zeiten geschmückt, die von der Arbeit und der Kultur der Inselbewohner aus vergangenen Jahrhunderten zeugen.

A LITTLE PARADISE CORNER

On the island of Ischia, precisely in Forio, between the town centre and the top of the Epomeo mountain, on the path towards the well-known, little church of S. Maria al Monte, lies the Equipped Area "CORBARO Park: Andiamo in campagna" (Let's go to the country): the ideal place to spend relaxing moments in touch with nature. It is a surface of 15,000 sqm, at a height between 226,20 and 292,80 m above sea level, exactly in the Corbaro locality, including a garden rich in flowers, plants of any species and centuries-old stones.
A little room excavated in the rock, adorned with numerous tokens of the true peasants' history of the island, shows clear traces both of work and culture of the inhabitants of the past.
